To Strengthen Sight

Following are some of the measures which strengthen the eye sight.

  • Keeping feet warm and head cool imparts health benefits to whole body and eyes.
  • Taking exercise daily in a wide ground and open air is very useful. Rinse your eyes with cold water after getting up in the morning.
  • In summer, washing eyes before going to bed imparts good effect to eyes.
  • In summer, during travelling, rinse eyes with fresh and cold water.
  • Take care of strength of brain and stomach. Do not let neurotic and gastric muscles get weak.
  • Do miswaak five times daily before each prayer. This sharpens eye sight.
  • Open your eyes in cold and fresh water.
  • Watching green colour, trees and flowing water strengthens eye sight.
  • Watching pleasant sceneries and beautiful things also imparts strength to eyes.
  • Do not remain engaged in reading/ writing all the time.
  • Let your eyes see far objects in vast panoramic gardens, Allah has created the eyes for.
  • Avoid oily, sour and spicy food.
  • Do not look at the source of dazzling light. It weakens eye sight.
  • Massaging mustard oil in hair imparts good health effects.
  • Eat nutirituous food.
